Restore a pass

Use the same store account that made the purchase. For Week Pass, sign in to the same game account, then choose Restore purchases on the Presidential Pass screen. A Week Pass does not restart or renew when restored.

Sign-in trouble

Request an email link on this phone and open it here within 15 minutes. Each link works once. If you see a connection error, reconnect and tap Try again. Request a new link if it has expired.
