Privacy policy
Executive Disorder is operated by Chewy Bytes. Updated November 1, 2026.
Your game and account
You can play without signing in. Your game progress and preferences are stored on your device. If you sign in, we store your email, an account identifier, linked Apple or Google sign-in identifiers, and expiring sessions. Email sign-in uses a single-use link. We retain encrypted Apple authorization tokens so we can revoke access when you delete your account.
Purchases and advertising
Apple or Google handles payment. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts, product identifiers, account identifiers and entitlement status to provide and restore Presidential Pass. We do not receive your payment card details.
Google AdMob serves ads and processes device and advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics under its privacy policy. Where required, we request consent before advertising. You can revisit Ad privacy choices in Profile. Presidential Pass removes ads while active.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts our account service, database and sign-in email delivery. Apple and Google verify sign-in. These providers process data to deliver their services and may process it internationally. We do not sell your account details.
Retention and your choices
We keep your account until you delete it. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and sessions after 30 days. Expired authentication records are removed during routine cleanup. Account deletion removes your account, linked sign-ins, sessions, outstanding email links and RevenueCat customer profile. Apple and Google retain their own transaction records. Deletion does not issue a refund or remove game data stored on your device.
You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting hello@chewybytes.com. See account deletion for the in-app steps and a request route if you no longer have the app.
